For more than 32 years in education, including 26 years in higher education, I have dedicated my career to strengthening educational institutions through strategic leadership, scholarship, collaboration, and service.
My professional journey has included leadership across public higher education, nationally recognized scholarship, federal grant leadership, faculty development, accreditation, community engagement, and organizational transformation. Along the way, I have remained grounded in one belief:
